The ADC-3295 represents the pinnacle of high speed, high performance analog-digital conversion products. By combining the best dynamic performance ADC technology with the most widely accepted and cost/performance-leading FPGA device, DEG engineers created a product that packs phenomenal A/D conversion ability with tons of DSP processing in the industry standard PMC form factor. This Peripheral Mezzanine Card (PMC) enables engineers to convert and process a single channel of up to 3GHz analog input bandwidth at 2Gsps and 10-bit resolution (7.8 ENOB). Based on the VITA 36 specification, the ADC-3295 enables engineers to couple unparalleled analog-digital conversion and processing capability with the most suitable VME/VXS/ VPX/PCI-X/PCI-E carrier board. Delphi Engineering Group's ADC3495 is a PMC, analog to digital converter module designed for digitizing wide bandwidth analog signals at 14 bits, at sampling rates of up to 400 Msps with two channels. Buffering of the digitized data samples is provided onboard. Samples can be transferred to the host board via the PCI-X bus at a high rate using the built-in DMA controller. A Xilinx Virtex 5 FPGA provides continuous sampling, buffering, and timing. Delphi also offers an FPGA design kit which allows custom development of the onboard FPGA.

The ADX-3500 is a low power, highly flexible, performance optimized Analog-Digital Converter XMC/PMC board. By integrating a very high sample rate ADC, a cost-effective and power-conscious FPGA, and industry standard XMC/PMC off-board interfaces - the ADX-3500 achieves best-in-class performance for the engineer that has SWaP limitations and high performance requirements. Employing innovative design techniques, DEG engineers created a rugged and conduction-cooled product that works equally well in either an air-cooled VME/VXS chassis or a desktop PC. The ADX-3500 converts analog signals into 8 bit data with either a single channel at 3Gsps or two channels at 1.5Gsps. Following digitization, numerous digital signal processing operations can be performed in the user programmable Virtex-5 FPGA. Engineers can either incorporate DEG’s DSP functions or develop their own algorithms in the ADX-3500’s open architecture. Either way, DEG engineers provide industry-leading design guidance and support for customers. Typical functions include Fast Fourier Transforms (FFTs), Digital Down Conversion (DDC), and digital filtering. Regardless of whether the FPGA is used for processing, the sample data can be quickly and easily transferred off board via either the PCI-X bus or PCI-Express/RocketIO transceivers.

Delphi’s SFPDP-ADC-Link Carrier Board is a low power, ruggedized VME form factor, serial FPDP link with the ability to host XMC and PMC mezzanine cards. Delphi’s engineers have designed a flexible SFPDP carrier that is an ideal digital receiver platform for high performance, low power applications. Coupling this flexibility with Delphi’s ADX3500 XMC module (Dual 1.5GSPS/Virtex 5 SX50) enables both high-speed data acquisition and extensive digital signal processing all within a single VME slot, and consumes 20W of total power (Typical). The unparalleled performance and flexibility of the SFPDPADC-Link makes it an ideal candidate for UAV/UCAV/Airborne systems supporting applications including SAR, LIDAR, MMR and others.
